Cookies and Other Tracking Technology

We use "cookies" (small data files stored on your computer) and other tracking technologies to collect information about your visit to our Site. The cookies and tracking technologies we use do not capture PII. The information that is captured about your visit may be used in a variety of ways across multiple devices, such as to monitor and maintain information about your visits to our Site, to help us identify and address problems with and to improve our Site, to analyze web traffic trends, and to help protect the security and integrity of our Site. You may set your browser not to accept cookies or to notify you when you receive cookies, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to accept cookies. If you do not accept cookies however, you will not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to subscribe to the service offerings on the Site.

We may also use pixel tags (also known as "clear gifs," "web beacons," or "1-by-1 gifs"). These may be used in connection with certain pages of our Site or with email messages to measure the effectiveness of our communications, to compile statistics about usage and response rates, and to assist us in resolving issues that may arise on this Site.

Our website may also use a website recording service that may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text keyed into website forms. Data collected by this service is used to improve our website usability. The information collected is stored and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting and is not disclosed to third parties.

Other companies may also place cookies or web beacons on our Site. We do not have access to or control over these cookies. These companies may help operate our Site or provide you with additional products and services. Certain functionalities related to the provision of additional products and services require marketing companies to share website usage information about visitors to the Site, who have received a targeted promotional campaign, with a reputable third-party advertising company for the purpose of targeting future campaigns and upgrading visitor information used in reporting statistics. To this end, our third-party advertising companies may note some of the pages you visit on the Site through the use of pixel tags. These companies may collect PII about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

If you have any questions about an ad or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. Some of these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used for targeted advertising. For example, some of these companies may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") or the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA"), which provide a single location where you can opt out of certain types of data collection and use or out of receiving targeted ads from member companies. To opt out, visit www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

This Site uses Google Analytics, a service that transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.

This Site also uses Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on websites across the Internet. "Do-Not-Track." Do-Not-Track is a public-private initiative that has developed a technical "flag" or signal that an end-user may be able to activate within their browser software to notify websites that they do not wish to be "tracked" by third parties as defined by the initiative. The initiative, however, has not reached a consensus as to exactly what technical or other actions those parties receiving the signal should take. As a result, Do-Not-Track has not yet been standardized and most websites, including ECOM, do not alter their behavior or change their services when they receive a "do-not-track" flag or signal.

You can, however, make decisions about your privacy and the ads you receive. As explained in the section above, "Sharing With Corporate Entities and third parties," ECOM uses online behavioral advertising. You can control whether companies use your Personal Information to serve you behaviorally-based advertising by visiting the DAA web page and using the DAA's opt-out: http://www.aboutads.info/choices/. The DAA opt-out requires that cookies not be blocked in your browser.

As an alternative to the DAA opt-out, you can also elect to block all cookies from first-parties (such as ECOM) and from third parties (such as entities involved in advertising) by using the cookie blocking options built into your browser software. For example, in Internet Explorer 9, you can block both first and third party cookies by selecting those options at Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Settings-Advanced/Override Automatic Cookie Handling. As another example, if you are using Firefox 25, you can "uncheck" Accept All Cookies under Firefox Preferences/Privacy-Use Custom Settings For History/Accept Cookies from Sites.

Please note, however, that if you do decide to block cookies, some parts of our website may not function correctly.

Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada law (NRS 603A) requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada consumers to opt out of the sale of certain information that the website operator may collect about them. ECOM does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. If you have any questions regarding our data privacy practices or our compliance with Nevada Data Privacy law, please contact us by any manner in the Contact Information section.
